1. Five-point throttle orifice layout

Throttle orifice layout is designed based on material characteristics, different apertures, hole-pitches, array-pitches and on the principle of “three unequal” to enable the entire belt to run at optimum load-bearing. 

2. No clamping with air cushion layer

The devices are set in gas tank sections of feeding points and other concave-arc sections, permanently solving the problem of clamping.

3. Angles of pulley groove ensures no edge confliction 

The1st groove angle determines the upper semi circular arc and the 2nd one corrects the shape and structure of pulley groove, which not only improves the groove loading capacity, but completely solves the problem of edge confliction.
