Continuous Intake Belt Conveyors

Two inclined elastic cover belts are arranged along the belt conveyor in lapping form. The boat-shaped zipper inlet is inserted under the cover belt, which moves according to the conveyor discharge points above and separates only the cover belts under the discharge points to allow material discharge.

As the boat-shaped zipper inlet moves towards the next discharge point, the belt-lapping mechanism resumes lapping of the separated cover belts, preventing contact between the material within the conveyor and the external environment.
